What you can do
Everyone at Club Mac has a responsibility towards each other in order to maintain the health & safety levels we work so hard to achieve.
Wear footwear in public toilets
Remember to wear some kind of footwear if you are using the public toilets and/or enter an enclosed area.

Use soap and sanitizing gel
Please make use of the soap and / or sanitizing gel that you will find in public toilets and restaurants.

Inform us immediately in the case of an accident
If there is any faecal incontinence accident in a pool, please inform the lifeguard or reception urgently.

Do not swim with babies in the pools
We do not recommend that babies younger than 6 months old enter the pools. The chlorine in the water could damage their skin.

Use swimming nappies
Little children who are not toilet trained MUST wear single use waterproof swimming nappies in all pools.

Use tap water to refresh your baby
We recommend you to use tap or bottled water to refresh your baby, never pool water.

Watch that your children do not drink pool water
The pool water is not safe for drinking, please watch that your children do not drink water from the pool.

Doctor´s visits
Club MAC has a medical service 24 hours a day. Do not hesitate to visit the doctor if you are feeling unwell.

Never eat near the pools
It is not recommended to have food near the pool as it could fall in the water, also leftover food attracts insects and birds.

Do not change nappies on sunbeds
It is not allowed to change nappies on pool sunbeds. Use the changing tables available in all public toilets and leave the used nappies there.

Do not use the pools if you are suffering from diarrhoea
Do not use the pools if you have suffered from diarrhoea in the last 3 days.

Never leave your children unattended
Do not leave your children unattended in the pool. Do not allow your children to serve themselves from the buffets in the restaurants.
